What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you enter in the form. Please do not include medical details in your message.

How we use it

If you enquire about a listed business, we pass your details to that business so they can reply to you. If you ask to list your own business, we use your details to reply to you about your listing. We do not sell your details or use them for anything else.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries within 12 months of receiving them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailinghello@fatloss.london. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
